Posterity Group LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is certified by the SBA. Our Primary mission is to provide the Federal, State and Local Governments and commercial customers with healthcare staffing, technical and support services. Posterity Group’s service delivery philosophy is based on four core methodologies; Customer First, Quality Management, Project Management, IT and Health Informatics, which permeates every service offering.
Posterity was formed in 2007, and our mission statement is: “We listen to our customers’ needs, and then, simply exceed their expectations!” Our creative team members are motivated to deliver value and inventive ideas. We do what’s right, and act with integrity on behalf of our customers.
Posterity’s story begins with our CEO, Radcliffe Antoine’s vision to duplicate the structure, teamwork, and comradery of the military, while providing beneficial services to military members and their dependents. Mr. Antoine is a retired US Army Major with 23 years of active military service. He is a decorated Army-trained Physician Assistant and Clinical Perfusionist, and former key member of the elite Open-Heart Surgical Team at VA Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Mr. Antoine started his military career at Ft. Bragg as a Medic in the 82nd Airborne Division and XVIII Airborne Corps Long Range Reconnaissance and Surveillance Company. While servicing with distinction, Mr. Antoine received numerous awards and decorations, including the Ranger Tab, Master Parachutist Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Start and Legion of Merit.
Posterity was founded on the dream of building an organization that embodied the principles of leading by example, integrity in all that we do, and fairness in the treatment of all.
